The VULCAN AeroMax Rowing Machine is a great piece of equipment which helps to achieve cardio goals! Designed to simulate high intensity rowing environments, this machine is perfect for all fitness levels. The rowing machine offers an all body exercise but can be used for upper body only. Our Rower uses the same fanned flywheel technology as the AeroMax Ski Machine and the AeroMax Bike Machine, meaning it has an adjustable air resistance mechanism to increase or decrease work load during exercise. Suitable for both home gyms and commercial setups!

Adaptability: 

• The AeroMax Rowing Machine is a great all body workout but can be used as just an upper body session, this can help for maintenance of fitness when there is lower body injuries.  

Air Resistance System: 

• The VULCAN AeroMax Rowing Machine has a easy operating resistance changing system! Air resistance is limited or increased with just a slide. This allows for greater variability with your exercise and can make your workout feel like an actual skiing experience. There are 10 levels of resistance that can be applied. 

Big LCD Monitor:

• Shows heart rate, duration of exercise, how many 'metres' are achieved, options for interval training, Calories burnt, Watts produced, work produced, strokes per minute and Time per 500m. Easy to use control panel buttons allow for choice of interval training, target setting, change of units and start/ stop times

• 100mm x 80mm screen size

• Also include power and drag animations for extra insights on your workouts

Built to last:

• The AeroMax Rowing Machine is built to last! Only weighing in at 32kg but can easily withstand the weight and power of the user.

• To back this up there is a 5year warranty on the steel frames and a 2 year warranty on the seat, LCD monitor, chain and fan.

• The VULCAN AeroMax Rowing Machine has a fairly small footprint at Length (240cm) x Width (62cm) x Height (113cm).
